Will I be Socimobiler?, who knows..

In last year, I met some people not working in company and settling some particular places but moving wherever they wanted to go. They seemed really happy with their life. With wondering why they were not worried without any fixed jobs and incomes, I just asked them "how can you ive in".  

“I do programming. I can work anywhere with my laptop” 

”I teach languages” ” I just check recruitment in the place I want to go”

“I do not need much money and can stay in my friends’ houses wherever I go !”

It was not surprising for them to have the some skills and abilities but more to use SNS effectively to show their advantages(like their particular impressions, ideas and abilities) and make someone help them to stay and get jobs in some places. I think it is good chance for such person to do whatever they want by establishing their personal brands with the talent of SNS. For example, Twitter and Linkedin unable him to connect some people having something in common  with. As for a room for free, Couchsurfing may be good service.

I just call them Socimobilers arbitrarily

Who is a Socimobiler?

My definition of Socimobiler is someone who can move to work anywhere like a mobile, use social network to connect something or someone interesting and share his idea to get friends and jobs and understand himself.

Certainly he looks unstable. But in fact having a lot of time to meet different people, get new idea and think his next goal, he is stable physically and mentally. By the way, what makes a Socimobiler?

Here are several conditions for a Socimobiler.

1. To open and share yourself with SNS.

The use of SNS is inevitable to be a Socimobiler since he needs a lot of sympathy,　connections and friends to exist and these are the physical and mental supports. What matters for him is expressing him to friends and the audience or listening to their views carefully with Internet, like Facebook, Twitter and Blog etc. Only if doing so, he can get to know various people, information and ideas which is priceless for him.

2. To acquire the skills and abilities to survive

Next, the some techniques and abilities to bring him to earn money and live in a small amount of money is also needed because even if he has a lot of friends and connections, the jobs to get money are still important to live. English as well as the skills like writing, programing, teaching and managing is necessary for him to get information and work as weather you like or not , it is common Language and will more in the world. In addition, to prepare for the rapid changes such as financial crises and natural disasters, he is studying other languages.The more important skills and abilities are the fundamental ones that he can build a house, produce foods, go and stay anywhere, eat anything and communicate with anyone etc.It is really significant to survive with a little money.

3. To understand and believe

Finally, the most important things for the conditions is to comprehend and have his own faith. Without his conviction, he can not know what he wants to do and even go to any places of looking like dangerous. Furthermore, it seems to be difficult to recognize and evaluate multi-cultures truly without his belief as he has no comparison, which makes him hard to interact with other people.

Will everyone be Socimobiler?

Some of these things described on the above may be important not only for a socimobiler but also ordinary people like us to work in our companies in near future. There are several reasons.

It will be possible for us to work everywhere  

Going to workplaces will not be necessary anymore. The use of SNS will make us communicate, share information and idea and explain how projects proceed easily. Even meetings will be hold by such the technologies as Skype.

Sharing idea will be really important

To be able to work everywhere means the mobilization of human resources since it is feasible for anyone, who has appropriate capabilities in the world, to employed Thorough Internet, our boss may find low-wage workers in other countries who has almost same abilities with us. To overcome the competitions, the only way for us is to share our unique impressions, ideas and actions in the SNS as we can show our capacities to people all over the world.  In the future, it is expected that we will be recognized as individuals rather than those who belong to companies.

The SNS will be needed for our convictions.

Being faced in the diverse values of society by several reasons, we may lose our confidence and even think our jobs are worthless. We may be washed away in flood of the values. To survive this, it will be needed to be aware of what our beliefs to help us understand who we are. The SNS is and will be really useful for reaffirming and improving what impressions and ideas we have and harmonizing our new idea with old one, which will constitutes our convictions.

It is sure that even now majority of us does not face these situations, which will happen in near future anyway and be inevitable for adapting.

Will I be Socimobiler? Who knows?.

The first step toward political reform led by the Chinese people?

The Surprising things happen in China.

On the Sina Weibo (Chinese Twitter), the people of declaring candidacy for the election to the  People's Representative Conference of the District and County are increasing more and more and are showing a surge.

The 18 independent candidates have run  by May 27.

Certainly It is possible for the Chinese people over 18 years or older to run with the direct election in the city, which is not under the direct control of the government , directs and counties. However, except for communist members, there are few people, who know rules of the direct election and are interested in, as they may be afraid of political retaliation
 
■The rise of a new generation of 30s or less 
Why these situations are going on?

It is usually heard that There are clearly differences between the generations  in China before  the reform and open and after them.
 
The latter generations, who could use the Internet  for getting information from all over the world and did not experience  the Tienanmen Square incident directly in 1989, can consider things relatively freely and have considerable interest in political and social issues. Personally I feel there are not significant differences of how to think about these problems between Chinese and Japanese elite and sometimes they are better than us, although the direct criticisms of their government are not possible.

■The effectiveness of Sina Weibo
I also want to mention the importance of Sina Wibo as the way they can express their values. that has had 1.4million user and some people, who have a lot of follower, can not only give their follower large influence but also get their support, which is really helpful to reaffirm their idea in the situation hesitated to discuss political matters (social’s is OK ) in the official place and even with friends in China. It is said that although the sentences including the prohibited terms such as the Tienanmen Square incident are deleted, unless criticizing the government, they can argue the political and social reform and these are comparatively discussed in Sina Weibo
 
■The candidates
The 5 candidates out of 18 people are 20’ s(including 3 university students), the youngest one is 20 years old. It is interesting in what kind of discussion they have with little political fear to their government.  ( in spite of it seeming to make their hands up with the momentum) It is also remarkable for the two CCP (Chinese Communist Party) members to run. With expected conflicts with the party organizations, which are impossible to predict what will happens, running for the candidates may mean that more political space are emerging in China. However, There are some pressures from the authorities. the several violent incidents did happen and some candidates declared their family and relatives were nothing to do with their actions.
 
It is sure that if these debate continue until the middle of September a lot of people will run for candidates and be the first step for the political reform led by the Chinese people. but the CCP does not hope these rapid changes and his Intervention will happen somewhere sooner or later. Anyway, it is interesting to focus on the future trends

Keep running

Yesterday, I was running near my house and 30minutes later, I felt my body, especially my four limbs, in pain I had never found that running fully took a lot of power. However, despite of being tired, I was also very comfortable.

Running is really simple. With your decision, you can improve your running ability even though it may tire you out

Life, that is a series of decisions, is similar with this . 

You have to decide where, when, why and how you accept your responsibility, which is sometimes difficult for everyone.

It is also expected that a lot of people will ask you thing you do not want to do.
But you do not have to be afraid; with your determination, you can choose the best for you since no one eｌse will know you more than yourself and the result of your other selections. 

If you think that is successful, it is.

I think the best way forward is just to believe in yourself, to release your impressions and ideas and to keep running.
